On 17 September 2024 I picked up a used mint condition GSA 1250 from Kissell Motorsports, the right bike, at the right price. from the right people. It was exactly as advertised and ready to go when I arrived. The customer service at this dealership is outstanding, I highly recommend them.
Mark Volchko, Pittsburgh, PA -
Just wanted to thank all the employees at Kissell. I came up from Philadelphia to purchase the BMW C400GT and I can't say enough about the dealership and the employees. I have been riding bikes for 50 years and this purchase experience was the best I have ever been involved in. Fantastic service
Thank you-Anonymous -
Mr. Evan and his team are great people treated me and wife very well, we drove 2 plus hours from West Va and brought a beautiful motorcycle from him and his team I would buy many more these folks!!
Cristofer Abney, Inwood, WV -
Salesperson was straightforward, gave a fair trade-in, fair price, no bait-and-switch, no hidden fees. Very honest from start to finish with a friendly staff front office and back office in the paperwork/payment office. I will return for another motorcycle purchase when ready.
Erich Liermann, Aldie, VA -
If your looking for honesty, respectfulness, and efficiency in your motorcyle deal this is the place. From the first phone call until the "ride safe" as they sent me on my way for a 5 hour ride in the rain on my new bike I was treated like family. I rented a car 1 way to set up to ride my bike home. They were nice enough to have me picked up in the next town south at the rental car place ( nicest young man ive met in a long while).Evan, Josh, Raelyn and the sweet lady in the other office that I forgot the name of.... your "family like" atmosphere of running a business shows. The 2023 K1600GT is a magnificant machine but it pales in comparison to a well run business that treats people right. STAY COOL!

Technical skills are a talent, morals and honesty are a gift and finding both in a dealership is a blessing. This was my experience today at Kissell motorsports, Thank you again.

My experience purchasing the BMW R1250 GSA with Josh and his team surpassed all my expectations due to their exceptional service. It was precisely the kind of experience you'd hope for when dealing with seasoned professionals deeply passionate about motorcycle travel and dedicated to customer service.

I first went to Kissell Motorsports in 2019 to have service work done on my first Grand America and since then I have purchased two motorcycles from them. I have had the same excellent experience with them whether it be the purchase of a motorcycle, accessories, or service work since the first time I walked in their door.
They treat you like a customer should be treated with fair prices and excellent service. Everyone that works there is top notch. I highly recommend this dealership.Mark Volchko, Pittsburgh, PA -
I have been riding for 35 years. In all those years and dealerships Ive dealt with, none have compared to Kissell Motorsports. From start to finish it was an awesome experience. What truly blew me away was when I was doing all the paperwork (which was painless), I found out they dropped the selling price on the 07 Suzuki Burgman 650 Executive an additional 400 dollars !!
What a great group of people !!
I cant express enough how happy I am !!
You should all be extremely proud !!
This is an honest dealership with great leadership and it shows in all departments.Thank you Josh, Evan, and everyone else. Im sorry I cant remember all your names. You all made me feel like family and that I belonged there. For that I am truly grateful !!-MitchMitchell Parrish, Halifax, PA -

I recently traded in my '19 KTM 500 EXCF for a '22 Beta 500rrs, and I could not have been more pleased with this dealership. Evan and Josh made the whole process easy and smooth. I couldn't be happier with my new bike - it was exactly as advertised. I typically try to avoid dealerships, but this one is the exception. If you see something that you like don't hesitate to inquire - it will be well worth it!

I've had the pleasure now of selling 2 and purchasing 2 bikes at Kissell over the past couple of years and can't speak highly enough of how great everyone is at the dealership. Having shopped around extensively for both purchases I haven't found anyone as reasonable on pricing and trade in values. Also have had a few service appointments and service department is top notch and has always been easy to work with and all's answers all my questions. Customer for life!

Top Notch dealership without all the typical drama. Josh is a straight shooter and Ive found a new dealership!

https://wildguzzi.com/forum/A few months ago, I bought a 2021 V7 with 1500 miles on the odometer. It seemed like a pretty good deal but when I first rode it, there was a bit of a hick-up when cracking the throttle under load. The motor would stumble and lurch when under 3000 RPM.Initially, I was not greatly concerned and considered it a minor glitch perhaps being related to the bike not being run for a while.Unfortunately, it only got worse to the point that when you roll open the throttle, it lurches and bucks so much that one needs to hold on tight to avoid losing control.Suffice to say that it has become a definite safety issue that could put you in the ditch in the middle of a turn or when trying to follow a slower vehicle. Our nearest Moto Guzzi Dealer is 60 miles away so I pulled on my Kamikaze goggles and foolishly rode it to the dealer. My hope was that they would find a simple fuel injection mapping issue or a faulty Throttle Position Sensor but the factory Diagnostic said everything was peachy keen. The dealer threw in new spark plugs and sent me on my way.Unfortunately, at about the 35 mile mark it started bucking again. I made it back home with white knuckles.Of course, I took it back to the dealer a left it there for three weeks. This time they adjusted the valves and said that they thought it might be a little better. My trip home showed the same problem at just about the same point as the last time only this time with a bit more bucking than ever.In the interest of self preservation, I have parked the V7 while reflecting upon my Moto Guzzi misfortune. In defense of the dealer, I recognize that this is kind of perplexing and I am hoping that experienced members of this forum might have some thoughts and suggestions? Thanks up front for your advice and guidance.Sorry for my late reply. All of the usual excuses apply here.Anyway......I very much appreciate the sage advice giving me several options that I would never have found without your guidance.Just this morning, I loaded my V7 on a truck and hauled it 75 miles to another dealer with a stellar reputation for customer service. I'm trying to be cautiously optimistic that they will find a solution because the V7 does indeed have a certain charm. Some other clarifications might be in order as well.Regarding the potential for exaggeration, I understand your concern. But as I tell my son ,"The older I get, the faster I was." And at age 71, that's a pretty wide window of embellishment. In fact, I felt compelled to document the Bucking Bronco phenomenon so, lacking a Go Pro, I asked my wife if she would video it while riding pillion. She respectfully declined, claiming that she needed both hands to hold on.As for the Hayabusa, I suffer no illusions regarding the V7 performance but it's still a very nice ride when it's not trying to throw me over the fence. Oddly enough, if I grab a big handful of throttle, it will bog slightly then accelerate. It's when you try to gently roll on the throttle while exiting a turn that it attempts to bite you.Once again, my sincere appreciation for your efforts and coaching.Resolution:Late this week, my bucking bronco V7 returned from the dealer. Initially, they did a computer diagnostic that came back with "No Faults , No Updates." They then took it for a test ride and at about the 20 mile mark the bucking bronco symptom appeared. A second fault scan again came back with "No Faults."At that point, the technician started looking at other things and eventually found that the left cylinder ignition coil had a resistive signature that was out of spec. He replaced that coil and reset the bike's computer to relearn the new coil. And that fixed the problem. So what can we learn from this little misadventure?1. Moto Guzzi's diagnostic process may have certain limitations in that it failed to recognize a defective coil pack.2. There is no substitute for a good mechanic.3. Kissel Motorsports in Tyrone, Pa. has at least one exceptionally good mechanic.Special thanks to Zach, Kyle, and Super Mechanic Taylor!Terry Metzgar Berlin Pa -
Very professional and honest. Special thank to Lanetta for her help and expediting for replacing my BMW K1600 GA tires while I was traveling from NY to Ohio. She went out of her way to accommodate me considering the circumstances. Great team of professionals. Will certainly use their services again.

This is my first BMW and probably not my last, will be purchasing from Kissell again. I have the opportunity to tour the US next year and the bike I had was not the bike to do it on, after some research a BMW GSA would be the best option for where I plan on riding, now where to purchase. Trying to deal with a trade over the phone or through emails was interesting to say the least, until I found Kissell and talked with Evan. They were one of the very few places that called/replied back to my inquiries. After a little back and forth and agreement was made that benefitted both of us and I started to proceed with the purchase of a GSA, just to make thing interesting, I changed my mind about halfway through the process on which bike I wantedno problem to switch, just had to swap a few numbers. I arrived Saturday morning, was introduced to Evan and got to put eyes on my new GSA, then off to fill out some additional paperwork. After that, we unloaded my trade and loaded the GSA (that hurt to not drive it home). Great place to purchase your next bikegreat bunch of ladies and men to deal with!!

What an exceptional experience with the team at Kissell Motorsports. From the time I walked in until I rode out on my new BMW the team treated me with customer service excellence!

I always purchase my motorcycles here. They are the best shop in the area. A fair deal is always the result. No hidden additions to the final price as most dealerships do. A1 personnel.

I recently purchased my second BMW from Kissells. I have always been treated very respectfully and had all my questions answered. I like that I can ride a bike before purchasing. I live closer to other BMW dealers but always get my service done there as well. I always get in and out in a reasonable time and dont have to make the appointment 3 months in advance. Since I do live 80 miles away in the past they have offered pick up and delivery during the winter and that is a huge help. The parts department is great as well. Offering expert advice. Thank you to Josh and your entire team!

This is an outstanding dealership. Everyone who works at this dealership interacts with you as an enthusiast and professional.
I had attended a few SoggyBottom events and had my BMW serviced here and when the time came for me to get a new bike, I bought an Aprilia Tuareg, not only because it it a superb motorcycle but primarily because of my experience with Kissells.
Josh made the entire ordering, buying, and delivery process seamless and convenient.
Today I had my first service performed. Megan worked with me with different tentative scheduling dates depending on how much mileage I expected. The service was performed in a timely manner. Taylor, who worked on my bike, went out of his way to make sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed in his calm and capable manner. I remembered him similarly addressing all my concerns on a prior service on my BMW.
In my professional life I deal with the challenges of finding, hiring and retaining competent professionals, more so in these trying post-Covid times. My experiences at Kissells underscore the culture of professionalism, competence and customer service that they have embraced and why they are the first-rate dealership they are.Jay Singh, Pittsburgh, PA -
You people at Kissell Mororsports are great. Evan, you were very patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind. The videos of my bike I bought ( 2013 Triumph trophy se)) showed things that when the bike arrived I cannot see. It was beautiful. The motor runs great, everything was as described. It is a used bike with 50,000 miles so its not perfect but its as described and shown and that is honesty. Thank you! It was hard for me to buy a bike sight unseen if you will and have it shipped 1100 miles. I was fearful. But I am a happy customer! everyone I talked to there was enthusiastic, polite and seemed to not just get a bike off the lot and bring in money, but cared about the customer also. Josh and crew, thank you for making my fears unwarranted. I would have no problem doing it again in the future. Thank You. Gary Armstrong

I have purchased and ridden motorcycles of many types over more years than I care to count. Without doubt, Josh and his team at Kissell Motorsports are the best sales and service people I have ever encountered. I bought a 2006 BMW K1200 GT from Josh and had it shipped to my home in Alabama. "Ricky" was the transport guy and he was a real treat, finding his way in the dark to my home despite the late hour and his fatigue. I am most impressed with this team of "can do" people in the service, the sales, and the paperwork part of the transaction. You can't do better than buying from this team of professionals. You just can't. Honorable, fair, and good-hearted. I will buy all my future bikes from them. You should too.Sincerely,Richard Reynolds, Colonel, USAF (Ret)

Big Thank you to Megan and Taylor for providing an excellent customer experience. It started with a pleasant phone call scheduling BMW service to leaving the appointment with a better understanding of the workings of my K1600. The only downfall is your 4 hours away but that gives me an excuse to ride. I will be taking advantage of your winter service program in the future.

I recently purchased a used 2020 BMW K1600Gt at Kissell (Tyrone BMW) Motorsports and had to bring it back for a warranty item/repair. I initially called the service department and spoke to Megan who after I explained the problem, immediately set up my appointment and ordered the required parts.
I brought the bike in on the scheduled day and the service was excellent. Brian, the service manager was great. He got me right in, and Tom the mechanic met me and gave me a quick rundown of the work that was going to be done. Brian also pointed out a few small items of interest during our discussion, such as a missing bolt on the plastics. I was initially told the work would take 4-5 hours and the work was completed in 4 hours. Tom did a great job and was very informative giving me the debrief of the work conducted.
Purchasing this BMW from Kissell has been an overall great experience. I would highly recommend Kissell and even though this was my first purchase from Kissell, I have always been treated as if I were a long-time customer.Joe Ruddy, Scranton, PA -

Best Experience buying a vehicle Ive ever had. I live 3 hours away in MD and Josh helped me every step of this deal. I had a trade-in and was given a fair offer I was happy with. The bike I purchased was prepared and ready for taking delivery very quickly and Josh himself helped with everything, even strapping down my new bike to the trailer! Christianna in Finance department was also extremely helpful and great! The whole process was flawless and quick. Josh (The GM and owner!) took the time himself to demo the bike and explain all the features and options. He his awesome communicating every step of the way and responding immediately with every question I had.

I had my K 1300 GT serviced by Kissell. I had a 18,000 mile service completed which included checking the clearance for the valves. It was serviced by Taylor and he did a fantastic job. Excellent service department, Brian helped get me scheduled very quickly. I am not local, I live nearly 200 miles from the dealership but went there for their skilled technicians. I am now looking at purchasing a bike from a dealership, a 40th anniversary GSA.

Very happy to have found Kissel Motorsports! They had the exact bike I wanted, pre-owned, and in even better condition and with add-ons than I could have hoped for. Sales manager Evan Farrell offered me a great deal right off the bat, and I jumped at the opportunity.
What I like best about Kissel Motorsports is the level of trust and integrity that they exude. Even though I live hundreds of miles away, I want to use them as my primary BMW service technicians. Well done Kissel! You have made me a lifetime new customer!Asher Yaron, Princeton, NJ -

I have had the pleasure to know Josh and his team for several years. They are a select group of BMW enthusiasts who "walk the walk & talk the talk". I have purchased accessories/parts, major service, and motorcycles at Kissell Motorsports. The experience has always been superior to most, if not all dealerships and the staff have been responsive and respectful. Kissell Motorsports is my BMW Motorrad destination.

I decided I wanted a 2021 R1250GSA and Kissell Motorsports had a very fair deal on a nearly new model with all 3 BMW panniers. Their website was clear, their video was detailed and accurate, and their price was reasonable.I requested a trade appraisal on my bike and was offered a fair offer for trading in a bike. Yes, I could get more on my own, but I live in a state where I get a tax credit by trading my bike.My request was answered by Evan and he gave a no-nonsense offer. He wrapped up the bill of sale with me online and took a small deposit over the phone to hold the bike. As soon as the hold was placed, the website reflected the hold and I was safe to take a week to schedule a trip up to Tyrone to do the bike swap.I rode up on a Tuesday morning. They had the bike out for me to look at and all was square. They looked at my bike, were happy with what they saw and I was into Chriss (sorry if I misspelled this) office for her work in F&I. She made quick work of the paperwork, explained all of my options, helped me with my registration paperwork in Texas, and had me out the door quicker than ANY sales deal Ive ever had. There were ZERO hidden fees or extra charges for this great service and some of those fees alone can add up to over a grand in the DC area. Additionally, their showroom is awesome. Lots of inventory of different bikes and gear, a very nice parts department, and a bunch of pre-owned inventory to chose from in excellent condition. Ive wanted to buy a bike from them for a while and Im VERY glad I was able to do so. 5 stars all around to the team who makes this happen.

I just purchased my 5th BMW from Kissell Motorsports and again it was a completely successful purchase. Dealing with Evan and Josh is always a pleasure and I feel that I always get the best deal in the BMW Market place. There is never a lot of going back and forth or dickering about the price I believe they give me a fair price on my trade and a great price on my new bike. The best part of the deal is Kissell doesn't charge you any crazy mark ups that catch you at the end. No $599 dealer fees or manditory tag buying service, again I recommend Kissell Motorsports to all my fellow MOA members.

Bought a BMW R1200R from Kissell last fall. Evan was good and proactive. They delivered the bike here in New Hampshire after HaulBikes disappointed us. The bike is perfect and the service was excellent. In my opinion, these are good people and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Has to be the best dealership experiences I have ever had of any brand bike, bar none. Attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Extremely accommodating. Most of all, they listened to my needs got me on the right bike that fit me like a tailored suit! Does NOT get any better than this. Josh and his team on a scale of 1 to 10 are 20's. Will NOT buy a bike anywhere else ever again. Cannot say enough good things. Can't wait til my next bike purchase at Kissell's.

I just bought a 2019 BMW R1250RT from Kissell. A five-start experience in every way. Josh and Chris were great to work with. Very patient and helpful in not only purchasing the bike, but in helping me get it shipped to my home in Southwest Virginia. Highly recommended!

Incredibly happy with my experience with Kissell Motorsports! From working with Evan, the salesperson, Christianna, the financial person and finally talking with Josh, the owner, Kissell is a top of the line dealership! Evan gave me a fair value for my trade in and I didn't have to do a lot of negotiation on the price of the new bike to feel like I was getting a deal on that as well!
Christiana made going through all the paperwork as painless as possible and actually very entertaining!
Talking to Josh, you could tell her takes a lot of pride in the dealership he created!
If your thinking of getting a BMW bike... this is the place to go to! I drive over 200 miles to get there and don't regret it at all!!!Jay Trofe, Denver, PA -

Last June I bought a new BMW 1250 GSA at Kissell Motor Sport. Josh gave me the best price in the market. Everything was perfect, except when I came home and I tried to switch from miles to kilometers on the dashboard. I couldn't find it. The European BMW motorcycles have this option to switch it in km or miles. Apart from that, the motorcycle is exactly the same in the USA and Europe. I'm from Spain and I will move to my country this summer. So, the Spanish law says that the odometer and speedometer have to be in kilometers. I sought information about that on some forums, websites, and of course, I told Josh what was going on. He told me that he was surprised too because until 2018 that option was available on every bike. He promised me to work on it. It looks that the Canadian bikes have the same issue, but in that case vice-versa. It doesn't make sense but it is real. After two months asking for help in Motorrad-Spain, Motorrad-USA, Motorrad-Germany, etc, without any update from them, Josh called me and says " I'm pretty sure I have some great news. Munich got back to us and sent us what they call a new VO (vehicle order). They said that with this new VO, that we will be able to convert your bike from US to Metric". He did it, he committed with me and he kept his word. This is my personal experience with this amazing team and I would like to share with all of you. Drive safe and enjoy the two-wheel!!

This is my second purchase from Josh and the Kissell team. I drove over 750 miles to purchase my R1250RT. It was simply the hands down best deal I could find on a RT in the Eastern U.S. I have four dealers within 250 miles of my home but Josh gave me the best deal without haggling the price. The best deal the first quote the first time with no hidden cost and no $399.99 DOC fee. Kissell is my dealer for life. I encourage all of my BMW MOA friends to give Josh a shot. I'm confident you will not be disappointed.

Last August (2018) after attending the soggy bottom motofest I stated that when I was ready to purchase a BMW GS I would consider kissell motorsports first. I have a few BMW dealers considerably closer but rode 180 miles to Kissel instead. Josh made me a great deal, Megan handled scheduling my 1st service one day before the 2019 soggy bottom and helped with shipping tires home . She advised me that my tire purchase would be cheaper than she quoted because they were mounting for free at the Motofest that coming weekend. Taylor , the master BMW tech, did my 1 st service, answered my tech questions, and handled himself with professional and technical savvy . Folks, there are people out there that still know how to do a great job, pick the best products to sell and service, and give people great service as well as value for their dollar, and Kissel Motor sports has hired most of them !

Kissel is highly regarded here in PA and considered to be one of the finest BMW dealerships on the east coast. Tyrone is pretty much in the middle of PA so the dealership is a fairly easy and pleasant drive/ride from pretty much anywhere. they had a 2008 Buell Ulysses in stock and the bike had reasonable mileage, was very clean and very fairly and accurately represented. had spoken to them about it and recommended the bike to a friend of mine who was searching for a nice Buell Ulysses and immediately purchased it. they are really wonderful folks to deal with, very honest and reliable and i would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a nice clean used bike or new BMW. in fact i'm going to contact them again this week and work out a deal to trade my 2007 R1200RT on a newer beemer. can't say enough good things about them. regards, John Lutz/owner/Mid Atlantic Cycle-Leola, PA.

I have purchased riding gear from this dealer and attended the "Soggy bottom Moto fest" that they held in Port Matilda Pa. Everything this company does is first class. The location or venue was second to none. If you've not attended this event you have missed out on a great time. When I'm ready to purchase my next GS I'll come see Josh first . Nice family atmosphere and no pretentious pushy people . Wish all the Kissler Motor Family health, wealth , and happiness !

An Example for other Dealerships:I live on the Gulf Coast and was traveling to the BMW RA Rally in Wellsboro, PA. with my friend who lives in the Washington DC area. About 1100 miles from home in West Virginia, my trusty and faultlessly reliable 2015 BMW R12000 GS started misfiring. Quite startled, I pulled over at the first safe opportunity and it would barely idle. Being my own lead mechanic, I looked for obvious problems but finding none I hooked up my trusty GS-911 diagnostic tool, connected via WiFi to my iPhone and deduced that the problem was the right side cylinder throttle body. After a very close inspection of the suspect throttle body I found the plastic cap which covers the electrical control circuity and motor in the throttle body had a bad crack/hole in it. Undoubtedly struck by road debris of some sort as it faces the front of the bike. As I had driven through several severe rain showers I knew water/dirt intrusion was the culprit. (note: The throttle body on most BMW R bikes is exactly the same part number for both the right and left side. The only difference is that when the throttle body is installed on the left side the plastic cover is facing the rear of the bike out of harms way) Knowing this item is not field repairable I started looking for a BMW dealer to obtain parts and service. I called Bobs BMW and Dulles BMW in the Washington DC area and was told that they would not help a stranded traveler, telling me it would take 4-5 days to get the part and a week or more to get it changed out!!! This was very disappointing as I have been a customer at these dealerships in the past and I know that BMW has a program/policy that a stranded traveler should be assisted if at all possible. Given this, my friend started looking for other dealerships. He found Kissell Motorsports in Tyrone, PA about 100 miles away and along our planned route! We gave them a call and talked to Megan. She understood my situation committed to having the parts the next day and told us to get the bike there as best we could and they would be more than willing to help us get back on the road. (how about that for some good luck!)
Now understanding that the bike was running in a fail-safe mode we decided to drive it the 100 miles to the dealership. In this mode the engine would not rev above 3K and of course it had much reduced power. Given this we made it to the dealership in Tyrone at 20 MPH uphill and almost 50 MPH down hill, emergency flashers active and my buddy covering my six. Although it took us about four hours to cover the distance it was rather nice to observe the back roads of Pennsylvania at those speeds. This is a beautiful country. Once we arrived at KIssells we were meet with some of the nicest people you will find anywhere. They were knowledgeable, competent, professional and friendly. Hard combination to beat! Megan, took the lead for me and arranged for repairs the next day when parts arrived. She even helped us find a hotel room and a good restaurant for dinner.
The next day, knowing we were anxious to get to the rally, Megan took it upon herself to go meet the FedEX delivery person along his route to get the parts quicker. This effort sped up the repair process by about two hours. We were on the road heading to the rally at 12:05pm that afternoon. Not bad at all to have experienced such a major failure in the middle of nowhere and be back on the road in 24 hours.
My sincere Thanks to Kissell Motorsports and specifically Megan for saving my trip and allowing me to attend the rally. If it were not for their willingness to help I would have been delayed for who knows how long and would probably had to curtail my travel plans severely.
I just may buy my next bike from them.
So the lesson for the other BMW Dealerships I requested help from is: Take care of your customers. Be there for them when they need you. Good products and service always make you money. Take a lesson from Kissell Motorsports. They have it figured out.Leroy Sloan

I contacted Kissell Motorsports a couple of years ago when I was looking to upgrade my motorcycle. Josh was super helpful and very transparent with pricing and trade values. I had some other home items come up and had to put that purchase on hold, but I knew I would return because of his customer service.
That was 2 years ago and I now have purchased 2 BMWs from Josh. The bikes have been awesome as expected. I also got my BWW EnduroGuard Suit and gloves through BMW Motorcycles of Tyrone and I'm equally pleased with that gear. I live about 120 miles from their store and gladly ride my bikes back for excellent service! The new facility is fantastic and they keep a great inventory of bikes and gear.
I have had the pleasure of interacting personally with the entire dealership team and they have all been super professional.
I give the highest recommendation to Kissell Motorsports/BMW Motorcycles of Tyrone and also to BMW Motorrad USA for their exceptional service and products!-Anonymous -

Kissel motorsports is by far the nicest dealership I have had the pleasure of purchasing a motorcycle from. I have been riding motorcycles since the age of 8 and have owned at least 14 motorcycles since then. Buying from Craig and his courteous staff has been the most pleasant of them all. My most recent is a 2016 R1200GS and I couldn't be happier! this one is a keeper. Thank you Craig and Josh !

Purchased my second Triumph from KMS today. The experience was amazing once again. Zero pressure, Josh listened to all my needs and concerns. They gave me a very fair price on my trade. I'll keep coming back to KMS. Thanks again!

After searching for my HD FXDC months for the right price, color and accessories. Kissell had one in stock and made my first motorcycle purchase one of the most best experience for shopping. Craig, Josh and Christianna are the very few people out there that actually care for their customers. I truely wish they were closer to me. I've already have my friends searching their website looking for that one. Regards and Thank you!!

I've been fortunate enough to purchase several brands of European motorcycles, my last 5 being Ducati's. I have purchase European motorcycles from Kissell's competitor's in PA, you know who they. I can NOT emphasize enough, Craig and his staff are the absolute best and honest people in the business on the east coast in all categories, overall purchase experience, sales, financing, parts and service. This is the only motorcycle dealership I will purchase from, period. The "other" dealers simply can NOT compare.

The best motorsports buying experience I have ever had! Some dealers I have went to treated me like they were doing me a favor by selling me a bike. Not the team here. When I came to pick up my bike yesterday I felt like some sort of dignitary. Super friendly staff, extremely helpful, they are on top of their game. The bike was exactly as promised, and the whole process was extremely smooth. All details were taken care of. Hat's off to Josh, Stacy, Megan, and the mechanics out back. Job well done people!

The best dealer ride I've ever attended! Not the usual "around the block" loop, Josh demonstrated his passion and abilities, by organizing a full day of riding! Carefully chosen roads made this day feel more like a "riding school" than a casual destination ride! Central PA is a riders paradise and I am grateful for Josh's efforts in organizing this very successful event.

Wow!! Can't say enough about the great service received when purchasing the new F800GS. Stacie in finance is really on top of the situation and Josh facilitated the entire transaction like a real pro. The service tech was on hand as well to answer any questions. I felt like I had known them for years. I can't say enough about the folks at Kissell. If you are in the market for a bike, this is the place to go.

After buying a new BMW from Kissells, I went back to them for a new Ducati. The second experience was as good as the first -if not better. Great price, accommodating / knowledgeable sales staff, and they arranged a test ride for me (at my convenience) on the Duc model I was interested in purchasing. I'd go back again and recommend them without hesitation for both sales and service.

I've been doing business with them for about 8 years now. I've purchased 2 Vespas from them and their after-the-sale service has been excellent. They've made me into a loyal customer.

This review is a long time in coming as I have not been there for a couple of years now. That said, the sales staff that waited on my friend Tom was very professional and sensible. When he told them that he was a new rider they made sure of his needs and steered him towards a bike that would not be too challenging for him and yet allow him to enjoy several years of riding safely.
Great knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend.Mark Shunatona -

I would like to thank the entire staff for making Kissell Motorsports an easy choice when I purchased my R1200RS. Very professional and a great deal to boot!

Just had to let you know that my bike purchase was the best experience in vehicle buying that I've ever had. Josh made an offer that I couldn't refuse. I rode away on a sweet Thunderbird LT, and no buyers remorse. Hats off to all the folks at Kissell Motorsports. They all were knowledgeable, cordial, meticulous, and professional. I would definitely drive the 116 miles again for another bike purchase. Great job, and thank you.

Craig Kissell and the rest of the staff of Kissell Motorsports was a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family.

I have had my Ducati 1200s for a short time. Excellent bike! It is difficult to find a bike like this that has both power and comfort. Read the reviews, but actually sit on one and take it for a test ride. Awesome power with actual long trip riding ability. My wife is also happy with the accommodations for two-up riding. As always, the gang at Kissell's will take care of you."

Ill cut to the chase. Ive been riding 20 plus years. I have had the privilege to own and ride a wide variety of motorcycles and brands. Kissells is without a doubt the best dealer Ive ever had the complete privilege of dealing with - period. Do yourself a favor, if you ride or want to begin riding motorcycles, this is the first and last place to purchase a MC and have one serviced. Great team, great service, no BS, sincere and are motorcycle enthusiast themselves.

I had been in the market for a new motorcycle for about a year. After going back and forth on different manufactures and narrowing down my search I came across Kissell Motorsports as a Beta dealer. I called just to get some feedback on the brand and before I knew it I was talking to Nate like a old friend. He was so genuine, upfront and laid back that I decided to make the 3 hour trip for a demo ride. Before I knew it we were building a order for my new BYOB bike. Nate seemed just as excited as I was and kept me update throughout the entire process. When the I arrived to get the new bike a few weeks later the guys had it in the middle of the showroom waiting. They took their time going over everything with me and answered any questions I had. In the first 10 minutes of riding my new bike I knew The gang at Kissell had steered me in the right direction. I have bought several new motorcycles and cars in the past but this was by far the best experience I had at any dealership. I was treated like a friend and not a commission check. There was zero pressure at all and I always got the feeling that their main concern was my satisfaction. I will be buying my next bike from them without a doubt and would recommend them to anyone

I hade made up my mind to buy my first BMW a F800R. I shopped a few dealers and did not like the pressure or the attitude. Some of these dealers did not want me to even ride the bike. I saw Kissels had what I wanted exactly. I talked to Craig on the phone one day and drove up the next. I dealt with Craig and Nate and it was a joy. I rode the bike got a fair price on the bike and some extras. They made the whole deal really easy and pleasant. They exceeded my expectations which is rare anymore, Thanks guys I love the bike but it wont be my last

When you experience a dealer who does not play games, is honest, sincere and service oriented, you naturally want to partner with them and become a loyal customer. The scenic roads leading to State College from all directions is entertaining, and the assortment of quality inventory at Kissell's is always refreshing.

I took my bike in for service for a oil consumption issue and not only was the oil problem taken care of , but the service manager noticed that my gas tank was distorted and replaced it under warranty. Thanks to everyone at Kissell motorsports for taking care of me as they always have.

I live in Charlotte NC. I have a local Triumph dealer that I have visited more than a few times but I will resist leaving them a comment here as this is about my Kissell experience. I have considered buying a Rocket 3 for at least a few years but thought it was too large and maybe unnecessary. Kissell had listed a recent 2012 trade-in with low mileage on Cycle Trader at a more than reasonable price. I emailed a request for info and Nate responded almost instantly. I called and discussed the bike with him and two days later put a deposit on it. I asked if they would add a windshield and I would fly in and pick it up on a Saturday to begin my 600 mile ride back to Charlotte. Nate, knowing he would not be there that day, made sure everything was ready to go. The bike was out front, windshield on, ready to roll. Craig was great, checkout was easy, I went to start the bike - nothing. Worried this was a sign I asked Craig what I was doing wrong. He tried - nothing. He confirmed I would be riding it home, and asked me to wait a moment. Out comes his service tech with a new battery. Within minutes he pulls out the old battery, installs the new one and the bike starts immediately. Two days later and 605 miles added to the odometer and I love the bike. It handles amazing considering the size and weight. Love the power. I'm glad I bought it and happy I bought it from Kissell. Thanks guys!
